Shipping

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and carefully as possible.

  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Delivery time: Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
  • Shipping confirmation: You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
  • Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping is available on orders over [insert threshold, e.g. $75].

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Returns

We want you to love your Serena sleepwear. If something isn't quite right, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging, where possible

For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on [insert exclusions if applicable, e.g. underwear, opened intimates, final sale items].

How to Return an Item

  1. Visit [insert returns portal link] or contact us at serenasleep@gmail.com to start your return.
  2. You'll receive a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
  3. Pack your item(s) securely and attach the provided label.
  4. Drop off your package at any USPS location.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [insert timeframe, e.g. 5–10 business days]. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

Serena Sleepwear currently does not offer any exchanges. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at serenasleep@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we'll make it right at no additional cost to you.
